Hengtong Cable Australia (HCA), will be supplying 9km of 33kV and 23km of Earth Power Cable to Goyder BESS.

Goyder Battery is a standalone big battery located within the Goyder South project area  

It will be constructed across at least 2 stages, with the first being 227 MW / 907 MWh. Remaining stages are under development. 

Goyder Battery is located adjacent to ElectraNet’s Bundey Substation and is expected to commence construction in early 2026.
